The customer service team is the central communications hub of the supply chain, linking retailer, EDI, supplier, RDC, warehouse systems and drivers. Using our state-of-art Warehouse Management System, pallet tracking and live web access we are able to deliver key information through the supply chain, swiftly and accurately.

ACCOUNT MANAGERS

For 'Key Accounts' we appoint a dedicated account manager to handle their business on a day-to-day basis. This includes handling all enquiries and reporting functions, problem solving, and KPI analysis. Our account managers meet their customers regularly to review service level agreements, future planning and new opportunities.
